High corrosion resistance and high sterilization metal powder for composite materials

MTA Co., Ltd. has developed high corrosion resistance and high sterilization metal powder (S10, S20) by adding about 10 to 20% of copper to stainless steel (SUS). 

After adding it to plastic, silicone, paint, etc., antibacterial tests at domestic and foreign test institutes showed that it sterilized more than 99.99% of bacteria 

such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Staphylococcus aureus MRSA.

 

We are also conducting various suitability tests as materials for medical devices with university hospitals, and are planning to develop 

highsterilization composite material products such as paint, silicone, urethane, plastic, and ceramic that can be widely applied to everyday materials in cooperation 

with domestic and foreign specialized companies.
