Zell-Metall Engineering Plastics is one of the largest manufacturers of semi finished plastic products in Europe.
Our company has been in this business since 1955 and so one of the first companies to extrude Nylon.
We have also been pioneers with Acetal and Cast Nylon stock shapes.
Today we are expanding our standard product line of engineering general purpose materials to special and high performance materials.
Our ZELLAMID® product range includes rods, plates and tubes in various formulations made out of PA6 E, PA6 C, PA6.6, POM, PET and PEEK.
The ZELLAMID® product range of HPMs has been extended over the last years such as PEEK GF, PEEK CA30, PEEK mod. and PEI.
Our latest developments are Nylon and Acetal stock shapes applying Nanotechnology.
We would like to point out, that our first class ZELLAMID® products are produced out of high grade virgin raw materials from well known European suppliers and no regenerated or substandard material is used.

We manufacture each year more than 55.000 metric tons of various stock-shapes for the machining and vacuum forming industries. With annual sales over € 200 Million we are amongst the world-market leaders, not only in volume but also in quality. Needless to say we claim to be a technology leader. You are carrying some nice ranges already, we as one of the oldest quality producers could assist you with best quality for reasonable prices.
Our tube program (extruded up to Ø 500mm OD, Cast PA 6 up to Ø 2000mm OD) is probably the widest you can find.
We are one of the largest PEEK producers as well, plates in 1000 x 2000mm are standard.
