CALPAS (Color (Component) AnaLysis for PArticulate System) system is designed to analyze the foreign materials unexpectedly existing in pellet & powder systems from petrochemical, plastic, food and pharmaceutical industries and reflect on its quality management system directly related to production requires the Impurities and high quality products.
CALPAS enable to improve the quality management via the detection and diagnosis the foreign colored material such as Black dot, Red, Yellow and other unexpected colored particles which is most harmful for high quality appearance of the final products. And as the size and shape information of foreign colored material also provide, CALPAS also enable to detects a foreign shape such as long, Twin, snake skin and other of foreign shaped particles in a same instrument.
Intelligent CALPAS software enable user to define the values for foreign color and foreign shape according to the market and product quality requirements. The detailed setting function is available in the software as a foreign judgement function and it can be set from the stored settings or direct the user can choose from in advance. This programming can be more precise foreign definition management as a part of the software, user with only one hardware device available more direct and detailed management of the foreign body and designed user to control and manage the foreign body sustainably according to its requirements
In addition to the general analysis such as normal pellet, the device can be configured to analyze transparent pellets, opaque pellets which is very difficult analysis by addition of the special device of AVIDOM which specially designed to. Options apply minimum detectable up to 10 µm which is difficult to find foreign body (Default specification are 50µm) in the existing equipment is possible.
It provides a various information about foreign material such as color, size and shape in real time and report format. It applicable to the industry not only PVC, PP, PE, PC, PMMA from petrochemicals, but also pharmaceuticals, foods, bulk material industries. A foreign body in real time are detected and registered in the special bin each foreign body size, shape, color, various information is analyzed in real time.
