The LEHVOSS Group under the management of Lehmann&Voss&Co. is a group of companies in the chemicals sector that develops, produces and markets chemical and mineral specialties for various industrial clients. Lehmann&Voss&Co., Germany, was founded in 1894 as a trading company. Since that time, the owner-run company has evolved into a powerful global organization-with long-standing connections to prominent, mainly foreign suppliers and with its own production sites in Europe, the USA and Asia.
LEHVOSS Customized Polymer Materials enables users to define the most suitable plastic for their component and thus to develop more powerful components with lower system costs. Customers benefit from our well-founded knowledge of materials and applications, as well as decades of experience of the LEHVOSS engineers. The basis for this was laid by the LEHVOSS Group back in the 1920s as the market leader for rubber chemicals.
We have been developing, producing, testing and marketing high-performance thermoplastic compounds since the 1970s, always in close cooperation with our customers. We were and are able to develop high-performance materials that have not been matched to date. For example, extremely wear-resistant compounds with nano-additives and carbon fiber compounds with the highest strength and rigidity and high toughness at the same time. The materials are optimized for the respective processing technologies such as injection molding, extrusion or 3D printing. For example, we achieve otherwise unattainable values with our 3D printing materials. Our customers worldwide benefit from these services via locally based production sites and sales organizations, strengthened by our German engineering competence.
